Important Update on Abodo Delivery Times Under Level 4

Abodo grain 01
What Level 4 lockdown for Auckland means for Abodo order deliveries in New Zealand.

You may be aware that Abodo coats and despatches all cladding and screening orders out of Auckland. Unfortunately this means that while under Level 4 we are unable to despatch any orders.

This means, that until Auckland moves into Level 3, we cannot deliver anywhere in the country. Once we move to Level 3 (or lower) we have all measures in place to be coating and despatching straight away, however because of social distancing in the factory, we won't be able to work at full capacity.

We understand this is not an ideal situation and we apologise. Until we move down the levels we cannot give you accurate dates of when orders will be going out. At Level 4 we can still receive and put orders on our system and price jobs, so please get in touch if we can help you with this.

In the meantime, we will be able to resume despatches of treated wet pine decking as this product line is located in the Waikato, which is currently subject to Level 2 restrictions.

Please bear with us as we work through the back log of orders that may be subject to freight delays and stock shortages.

For our overseas customers, international lead times may be faster/slower depending on stocks and shipping considerations. We are in touch with our international distributors directly with updates.

Again, thank you for your understanding, and we hope to have another update for you soon.
